In short

Coralpoint Commercial Capital, a small-business funding service in Titusville, FL, follows four steps: learn what the money must cover, assemble the records a partner will ask for, send the request to a fitting partner, and walk through any offer with you. This page explains requirements, documents, bank statements, credit and timing.

Who does what: Coralpoint and the funding partner

Coralpoint Commercial Capital is a broker, not a lender. Coralpoint Commercial Capital connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms. Coralpoint never lends, never buys receivables and never rules on an application. Our job is to understand the request, choose the right structure and partner, and explain the offer that comes back.

Step 1: a first call about the bill

You call (407) 203-9976 or send the request form. The request form asks for your full name, phone, email and company name (optional), plus three required picks: time in business, an annual revenue range and a requested amount range, followed by a consent box. We then ask what the money will pay for, when you need it, how customers pay you and what you already owe. If the request does not fit any of the six structures, we say so.

Step 2: what documents you need for a business loan

The records depend on the structure and the size of the request. These are examples of what a partner may ask for:

  • Business bank statements. Statement history: how many months for a business loan? Partners commonly ask for several recent months; the exact number is theirs to set.
  • Business tax returns, and for larger requests, profit-and-loss statements and a balance sheet
  • Proof of the business's legal name and time in business
  • For equipment, the seller's quote; for stock, the supplier invoice; for a project, the budget or bids
  • A list of existing loans or advances

We will tell you which of these a partner is likely to want before anything is sent.

What lenders look for when a Space Coast business applies for a loan

Partners weigh several things together: whether revenue covers the payment, how steady deposits are, time in business, existing debt, the purpose of the funds and any collateral. So what are the requirements for getting a business loan in practice? There is no single list; each partner sets its own, and none of them publishes thresholds that apply to every file.

And what credit score do you need for a business loan? Personal and business credit both count, more heavily for unsecured products. Coralpoint does not quote minimum scores, because they vary by partner and product.

Step 3: the partner reviews the request

The partner reviews the file and may ask follow-up questions or more records. Whether an offer follows, and on what terms, is the partner's call. As for how long it takes to get a business loan: That depends on the partner, the product and how complete the file is; we do not promise a timeline.

Step 4: reading the offer together

If an offer arrives, we go through the amount, the cost, the payment or collection schedule, any fees, collateral and personal guarantee clauses, and what happens if you pay early. Sign, ask more questions or decline; each is open to you.
